Info: I had some spare time today and decided to finish two and a half of my projects This is one of them. I cleaned and repaired this little summer stoat (the fur is very short and not that nice) and added some wings. Eventhough I wanted to give it sparrow wings I decided otherwise. Those lovely, tiny and green lovebird wings suited this gal a lot. I added some tiny green feather bits to the back so that the wings doesn't look too different and that it blends in a bit. I also added white tufts to the base of the wings to cover the sharp crossing. The last touch was a tiny gold chain I added to the neck. I don't know if I will keep that though. At the moment I like it but tomorrow? We'll see! This is the first finished altered mount (except the fangs on two martens) and I have to admit... I am kind of proud. Especially since my magpie mount is giving me nightmares.
