I have 2 pet rabbits. And once they pass on I plan on keeping their bones and fur. How should I clean the bones so I can keep them for as long as possible with no worries of decay or what ever it is bones do that give off that nasty smell

You should boil them in water and remove all flesh. Then put it in H2O2 for a while :)

i feel a lil lame now XD H2O2?

and ok with the boiling. is their an esy way to keep the pelt as well?

My bf will only let me keep the pelts if i can find a way to keep the legs and ears on it, but it how to stop the cartilage from doing what ever it will naturally do. and well as all the things in the legs

Peroxide.

You need to tan the pelt. Never done that before, it's quite a piece of work. Or, the easiest way: Send it to a tannery.

lol ok ^^

sorry for this last question but my bf is breathing down my neck and said he would type it if i didn't. But he wants to know if its ok to eat a rabbit that is 5 years or older. (this is messed up cause they are our pets, but even i can't say no to rabbit jerky :( sounds so mean of me)

Eating it is okay. But do you really want to eat your pets?

again thats my boy friends issue not mine XD I would feel so horrible if i did, but knowing him he would make jerky from or pets and wild so I wouldn't know whats what.

I know how bad it sounds but i guess its better than wasting healthy meat. (so many pet owners must hate em XD)

I have a grey fox skull that I found in Mexico decades ago. Urocyon is very destinctive on the basis of its lyre shapes temporal ridges.
