You should keep your eyes open here on DA or maybe ebay. Although you are restricted to the US sellers unless you have an export- and importlicense.
You may take a look at the store from glacier wear or hide and fur.

Wow, those are really beautiful! I have a silver fox tail that I think is so beautiful, but after buying it I watched a short documentary about the cruelty of animals being skinned for just their fur and I worried mine came from there :( Do you know of a humane way to buy skins and animals parts? One day I might like to get something else, but I worry about supporting the wrong people.

Well all ranch raised foxes are killed for their fur. Not all silvers though. There are wild red, silver and cross foxes. If they are hunted for population control (which is pretty common) they die for their species/population to prevent disease and weakness. Others are taken from roadkilled animals. Most of our birds for example were killed by cars. That happens a lot.

You can go and ask =mnshortdraw - he is a licensed trapper/hunter and he provide high quality pelts from wild animals. He knows what he does :)

Another note for fox pelts: Only healthy animals give beautiful pelts and if they are killed while they are totally afraid or hurt the pelt won't be usable. Foxes and other animals tend to loose hair when they are stressed. That doesn't excuse fox ranches but at least they are not inhumane butchered and totally afraid and slowly dying.
You may have seen a video about skinning animals alive for using their fur. That's fake. You can't skin an animal alive and use anything after that. Not just is the animal fighting and the pelt will be damaged, it is also dangerous for the people who are skinning them and it is much easier to skin an animal which is actually dead. Beside that it is just cruel without any sense to skin an animal alive. Panic will harm the pelt, so does pain.
Still, they are bred for their fur and live in cages - which is still a delicate topic.

I hope I was able to help :)

Do you have any pelts for sale which would be good to make skullanimals? (Foxes, ermines etc.) I'm also looking for skulls :)

We are selling some skulls (african wildcat, fulmar, deer, soon a raccoon, a swan, boar, sheep, etc.) but unfortunately no pelts at the moment - well of course we sell pelts but none which are suiatable for any mounting.
